01 — How it works
Six steps to the first login.
Six steps lie between the first conversation and the moment the other side opens the data room. The first takes half an hour, the fourth takes as long as your documents need. The rest are minutes.
01
First conversation
We walk through the matter: which parties are involved, which documents are expected, and who among them may see what. That settles which plan carries it and whether the deployment should sit with us or with you.
02
Set up the room
You receive an empty data room with your admin group. If your own visual identity is part of the plan, it is configured here — brand, colours, marks for light and dark surfaces.
03
Structure and permissions
Upload your information request list and the index and folder tree are built from it. Then the groups, then the rules. Because folders pass their permissions down, the structure is the real grant of access — which is why it comes before the documents.
04
Load the documents
You upload, the rest happens by itself: classify, file, make readable, index. Large sets arrive as archives and are resolved into individual documents on request. Versions replace one another without the older one being lost.
05
Invite the bidders
Invitations go to a group, never to a person alone. Anyone assigned to a bidder version sees documents only in the version redacted for them — and sees nothing where that version is missing.
06
Closing and archive
At the end, a handover bundle is produced with the documents as each group saw them, together with the complete audit trail. The data room can then be closed without losing the record.
